malapit na ang panahon na ako ay magiging isang Full-time Service Administrator hanggang July 26 na lang at lilipad na si Nadine sa kanyang bansang sinilangan upang magsilang ng kanyang pangalawang anak.

samakatuwid iyon ay tinatawag na maternity leave.
samakatuwid iyon ay magiging matagal na bakasyon.
samakatuwid iyon ay madadadala sa Department Heads kung sino ang maaring pumalit sa kanya
samakatuwid iyon ay magreresulta ng isang desisyon na ang pinakamainam na pumalit sa kanya ay ang kahalinhinan nya sa trabaho

the first time i knew it i feel burdened to think i have 3months running before Nadine's leave. the nerves!!! Sobra talagang kaba kase naman hindi biro ang kanyang trabaho. Sa kanya kase nakasalalay ang account ng bawat tenant sa naglalakihang dalawang subdivision dito sa DIP (Dubai Investment Park). 755 units lang naman sa Green Community that composes of Villas, Office Blocks, Hotels&Restaurants while Ewan Residence 79 buildings 12-apartments in each and each are paying separately. teka 79 times 12 golly 948 apartments yun ah!

ang masaya pa don magkaiba pa ng Terms of Payment for the two residences like for Green Community it is Monthly Billing while for Ewan it is Fixed Charges that can be paid full year or/if quarterly by PDC cheques iba pa dun ang mga tenant na humihingi ng special arrangement samin. To add spice to that our tenants are mostly white people na kung umasta kala mo sila lang ang may alam ng lahat.

Then there is this newly-acquired database BAAN System IV (which i like) and we started using it only last month. Asa process pa ako ng adjustment sa system though nagundergo kme ng training and sabi ng kaibigan kong si ramon eh napag-aralan nmin yun sa class ni Sir Leo.

Hesitant i was and hoping not be the reliever it cross the threshold, I'll be in that position whether i like it or not. So big this responsibility is i find it as a great challenge for me moreover i can think of it as a career growth. This might lead me to a much better workplace like i say to Finance Dept. So now i enjoy the feeling of handling that work and im excited about it. I'll be dealing with each tenant receiving payments, updating it on our system, forwarding cash to Finance Dept, opening, tranferring, closing contracts, reminding the tenants on their dues and instructing the Operations to connect&disconnect A/C. Whole lot of work whole lot of responsibility but surely i will gain lot of experience and knowledge. The goal now is to handle the work properly, meet customer's satisfaction, give good service to people, cooperate with the correlated departments and gain Co.'s trust and accomplishment of all such.
